2010, I haven't reviewed a game in a while. I have recently played The new Zelda game, and i am here to give you a huge review plus more news and info on Zelda. You might of herd this game over the years like in E3 2009. You might think Zelda + Train = FAIL. But I am here to assure you thats not the case here.

I rate the games on how they run on thier console. In this case, does this game suit, or overpass the DS and DSI. Basically, this game can get a 10, for a DS game.

I am going to rate this game in these category's
- Hardware A.K.A. Graphics and Sound
- Gameplay
- Story

Other factors included are how this game is compared to its last game
Legend Of Zelda Phantom Hourglass. I gave it a 8, personally looking back, I might of underated it, but for this review, and through experence of playing the game, This will be my strongest opinion. Finally to begin the review.

Story
Note the story takes 100 years after Phantom Hourglass, and has almost no relation to it except for in game characters, meaning characters that dont have to do with the main story. Also the story is brand new, so it doesnt have anything to do with previous instalments.

Now you all might have doubts about the train, but Nintendo has done a good job putting the train and the spirit tracks into the story. without spoiling anything, King Malladus, has been locked up by the Spirits of Good, by the Spirit tracks. Recently the Spirit tracks have been wearing out, and Cole, the antagonist of the game, is plaining to resurect him in Zelda's body. With this information, Zelda is going to join you on your adventure. Now thats not to say this is a bad thing, infact its quite the opposite. Zelda helps you alot, because she is in the star in the story knows whats going on, and she tells you what to do and why. And she helps you stay on track with the game. Zelda also has another use, but I'll get to that later in the Gameplay Category. The way the story is told to is brilliant. the pacing is excelent, and the game makes sure you know what your doing and it interacts with the story at all times. making you want to keep playing.
Story 10/10. For a DS game the story is told very well, even better than most console games these days.

Gameplay Train
( Note that the gameplay is almost comepletely touch screen generated)
The Gameplay has Three parts to it Train, Link, and Zelda. First we will begin with the Train part. To cut this gameplay section even more in half, I will explain this part for newcommers and those who played Legend Of Zelda Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks predisesor. that doesnt mean newcommers or veterans shouldn't take notes.

Train Gameplay for Newcommers

The Train in this game is used to get from point A to point B. You draw your route to the place you want to get. This isn't it. Once you draw your route thier are enemy's and obsticles to keep you ocupied and entertained while you make your way to your destination. Even though you had made your route, you can still change it, and make it up as you go along, by changing tracks. Thier are four main realms for you to treverse in. Forest, Snow, Ocean, and Fire. Thier are side quests having you to escort people, and performing cargo missions.

Train Gameplay for Veterans(meaning people who have played Phantom Hourglass)

The Train is your boat in Phantom Hourglass. The Sprit tracks is your overworld leading to your destinations. The Train is customizable, but the customization is the same as Phantom Hourglass, get these asortments of parts and get more health for your health. Even though the Train is more linear than the boat, there are more things to do while you are riding around. you also do have to manualy stop at each station, so you do have to pay attention while you are riding on it. Only problem for me is when the pirates, now on tanks and on boats. show up you may experence some slow down once in a while, but not enough to ruin your experence.

Link Gameplay For Newcommers

You control Link with The stylus, touching were you want him to go, you only use the buttons for shortcuts to the weapons and items menu. You'd also use some mic commands such as blowing into it to play music on the spirit flute or blow into the mic to activate the whirwind, sending a tornado towards your enemy's.

Link Gameplay For Veterans

Just like in the last game thier is a big temple (aka tower of spirits) where you treverse as the game progresses, only its less repetitive because thier is no time limit. some weapons do return like the bow and arrow, bombs, and boomerang, but thier are also new inclusions like the snake whip, and the sand wand. thier are also new side quest which earns you heart containers, quivlers, and bomb bags.Your partner in this game is Zelda, which now leads to the third part of the gameplay segment.

Zelda Gameplay for Newcommers + Veterans

In this game, Zelda dies, and her spirit is used to control phantoms, who are these statues, to help you progress though the tower of spirits, you control her by drawing a line, to wear you want her to go. while this might take time to get used to, it incorperates some action and puzzle elements into the game, which will have you think outside the box. Thier are some problems with this, but it very rarley occurs.

Gameplay overall gets a 9.7/10 only real problem with the game play is the very rarley occationall hicupps and slow downs.

Thier is a multiplayer and tag mode does return, but these are little add on's to the game to make it more fun, if one of your freinds owns the game, i will talk about these in the comparison with Phantom Hourglass.

Hardware
The games visualls look exactly like its counter part, phantom hourglass. The graphics arn't pushing any limits, but they still bright, and vibrant. Giving you that Toon Link feel, we all know and love. The sound is awesome, esspecially for a series known for its music. For the most part, you feel like your playing the game from somewhat a mix of inbetween 3D and a birds eye view. It suits the game well for its touch style controls, thier are some 3D sequences, like boss battles and mini games, and they perform very well which makes you wonder why this isn't a full 3D game?

Hardware gets a 8/10without pushing any of the DS's limits, they could of done a better job with the graphics, like more textures and more of a 3-D feel.

Comepared with Phantom Hourglass For the Veteran audiance.

Multiplayer is back, Big changes were mad, one being the most dissapointing that they took online support out, However as a local multiplayer they made everything better. Multiplayer is now up to four players, and you only need one game to play. Instead of picking up the force gems and putting them back to your base while the other player is the phantom trying to stop you. Now you just try to collect the most force gems, and try to hold on to them, while avioding traps, powerups, and phantoms. Overall the Multiplayer is a step forward if you have four people to play it with.

Multiplayer gets a 2/5 Sadly Wi-Fi is taken out, and its only at its most fun when you have four people playing.

Tag mode is back, and this allows you to trade treasure items with other people, now they're 16 treasure items, each having one of four values. you can use them to get money, or exchange them for train parts.

Overall Spirit tracks is Phantom Hourglass, with all its problems fixed.

Final Score 29.7/35 or a 8.5 and im going to add five points because it's so awesome! so Final score is a 9.0

I Am Going to Review 2003's Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga for the Game boy Advance, Made by Nintendo.
The way I review games is buy price. scince this game is over 6 years old.
This game will be scored on Four Category's
-Story
-Gameplay
-Audio
-Graphics

Mario And Luigi Super Star Saga Review.

-Gameplay---Battles-
Closely resembling games like Mario Rpg for the SNES, Paper Maio for the Nintendo 64. Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga uses the turn based action style and tweeks it into its own unique way.
When you battle scince thier is Mario and Luigi Each charater is each controled by the control pad and one button (Mario is the A, Luigi is B). The Game has its Solo, which is you basic attacks. Items which are used for healing Mario and Luigi. Run, Which is that if you need to get out of the heat of battle you can run away. And then You have Bro Attacks, And this is one of the little things that makes this game so unique. If you use a bro attack you get a series of action comands to do and if you perform them correctly you rack up the damage you deal on your enemy. of corse the Bro attack come with a price. These Bro attacks cost Bro Points, which you can get more of each time you level up. ( I will come back to that in a second.) You also have your Basic action comands for solo, Defencive action Comands which lets you dodge or even counter the attack your enemy throws at you. and for running away you need to rapidly tap the button of each charater to get away. Mastering these action comands are very inportant if you want to be able to get through the game. Once you win the battle you gain EXP points for Mario and Luigi. Scince this is and RPG you gain Points for Hp ( Your Health)
Bp ( Bro Points used for Bro Attacks) Pow ( your Attack) Def ( Defence) Speed, and Stache ( which is for Perfectly timing your attacks you inflik more damadge). Also you have a chance to gat extra potints by chosing a spisific atribute and add points by spining a wheel that has 1-5 + extra points on it. depending on how you level up. is the way you get throught the game.

-Gameplay---Platforming-
Alright, Mario and Luigi Travel together and in their travels they usually have to use each other to get across various environments You might have to squish Mario with your hammer so that he can get underneath a small massage way so that he can hit a swich. Thier are plenty of other ways you have to get across the various environments with using Mario And Luigi That it'll take some time figuring out, and mastering them. but its so satisfying to finally get through a certian part of the game that its definetly worth playing this game.

The Gameplay gets a 9.5 which is worth about 15 bucks.
Part 2 is coming soon!

Okay first im going to start off this post with the Phantom Hour Glass review!

Introduction

This is my first review.
The way I review games is simple depending on how old a game is.

If the game is 0-1.5 years old I will use a money system, this means I will tell you the cost of the gameplay, the story, the multiplayer, ect. and i will compare it with the actuall cost, and then you should decide weather you should buy the game.

If the game is over 1.5 years old I would use a point system, which is that each game get's a certian amount of points for each catagory, usually thier is five catagory's , the highest amout of points you can get for each catagory is ten, this means that thier can be a grand total of 50 points.

The Legend Of Zelda Phantom Hourglass is more than 1.5 years old, so I will be using the point system, there will be 3 catagory's.
Gameplay
Story
Multiplayer
Making the highest possable score a 30.
Here is the web link if you want more information http://www.zelda.com/phantomhourglass/

Story
The Story leaves of from The Legend Of Zelda Wind Waker, If you have not played wind waker no need to worry. The Wind Waker story is covered in the first five minutes of the game. The beggining part of the game you are on your ship sailing with your crew, and a girl name Tertra. She is looking for the mysterious Ghost Ship, rummored to have tons of tresure. Soon enough you find the ship, it sweaps away Tetra, and here is were the story unfoldes. Dont think that this is the whole stroy, I only have scratched the surface, the story is filled with twistes and turns. If you want to know what they are, you need to get the game. The story get's a 8

Gameplay
In a typical zelda game thier are about seven dongens. In Zelda Phantom Hourglass you get six dungeons, plus the Ghost Ship Dungeon, and a Ocean King Temple that you return to through out the game. The game has a total of seven special items that you can unlock, most of them are old, like the bomarange and bow & arrow's, and some are new like the hammer.
You control Link with the stylus, using it to run, walk, roll, use your items, ect. You can also use it to write down notes on your map, This is extreamly heplful because some of the things you need to remember over a long period of time. you can also use some of the face buttons, used as short cuts to get to the map, select the menu screen, ect.
As you may know or not know, In the game you use Ship travel to get from island, to island, Let me say its not the funnest thing to do in the game, but it works. you use the stylus to control the plath that you want the ship to take, you also use the stylus to use the cannon, fishing, to salvage, and other things. There is also other ships that you can interact with, and even some interesting boss battles that use your ship, but that doesn't come till later in the game. One last thing is that thier is a Shipyard, the Shipyard lets you custimize your ship with the ship parts you find all scatered through-out the game.
The gamplay gets a 8.5

Multiplayer
The multiplayer isn't a inportant part of the game, but it's still fun. There is DS download play, and WI-Fi connectivity, no matter which one your playing, the game is the same. Each player takes tuns being Link, and the Phantoms. If you are link your goal is to bring as many Force gems as you can to your base without being hit by a Phantom. If your the Phantom you try to protect the Force gems from being taken from Link. There is a time limit for each round, so if it is taking for ever to end the round, just wait till the time runs out. Thier is also powerups implemented into the battle mode, these items can really change up the game, and thier really fun to use!
The multiplayer get's a 7.5

Total score is a 24/30 or a 8/10.

Here is my game previews/show case of the post.
